Daisuke Minowa

Daisuke Minowa was born on April 24, 1966 in Tokyo, he was introduced to painting by the art master Mari Tomonagawa.
In 1986 he went to study in London where he graduated from Goldsmith College London (BA Fine Art) in 1991 and Chelsea College of Art (MA Painting) in 1992. He chose to move to London where he currently lives and works with his wife and two children.  From 1992 to 2009 he had some exhibitions in London (UK) and Carros (France). In 2009 he was selected by Jenni Lomax for the Creekside Open 2009 (ATP), a contemporary art competition for visual arts artists who live or work in London and the suburbs.
From 2009 o 2011 his works have been selected and exhibited by Monteoliveto Gallery in many art events in Nice (France) and Naples (Italy)and in the important Contemporary Art Fair Art Monaco’11 in the Principality of Monaco.
Today he continues living and working in London where he had recently exhibitions in Vintners Place (2008) and Creekside Open 2019 APT Gallery. His works arein private collection in Europe and in the private collection of Monteoliveto Gallery.
